Notably, Mike is recognized for pioneering the implementation of machine learning in CRM, enabling a more personalised and relevant experience for consumers and higher profits for businesses.
Although he is a marketer through-and-through, he moonlights as a data analyst. His career has been defined by the use of data to drive profitable outcomes for businesses. Mike has won multiple awards over a decade in several categories from the Data and Marketing Awards, Customer Innovation Awards, British Media Awards and the International News Media Association.

Before he was a consultant, Mike held a variety of permanent roles including Chief Marketing Officer, Marketing Director, Managing Director - Growth and LTV, and Head of Customer Value.
Mike studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science and holds a master's from King's College London. He's a former opera singer and current fitness enthusiast. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, he lives in London with his partner and Frenchie.
