Meet Mike

15 Years' Experience Supercharging LTV

Mike creates and protects customer value. For the last 15 years Mike has worked with businesses across sectors to ensure their customers buy more, stay longer and cost less. 


He's helped both B2B and B2C business in publishing, SaaS, media, banking, FMCG, retail and non-profits increase their customer value efficiently through innovative strategy.  His guiding belief is that businesses exist to deliver value to consumers and this must be done with empathy while maintaining profitability. Notably, Mike is recognized for pioneering the implementation of machine learning in CRM, enabling a more personalised and relevant experience for consumers and higher profits for businesses. 


Although he is a marketer through-and-through, he moonlights as a data analyst. His career has been defined by the use of data to drive profitable outcomes for businesses. Mike has won multiple awards over a decade in several categories from the Data and Marketing Awards, Customer Innovation Awards, British Media Awards and the International News Media Association. 


Mike established "The Customer Value Guy" with the passionate belief that customers should take precedence over shareholders. He firmly believes that by prioritizing customers, businesses can ultimately deliver greater value to their investors. You can read more about specifc case studies here.

Before he was a consultant, Mike held a variety of permanent roles including Chief Marketing Officer, Marketing Director, Managing Director - Growth and LTV, and Head of Customer Value. 


Mike studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science and holds a master's from King's College London. He's a former opera singer and current fitness enthusiast. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, he lives in London with his partner and Frenchie.
