The CVG makes building proposition portfolios and customer strategy convenient by charging a flat fee for both consulting and advisory. Consulting engagement terms vary but can be as short as six weeks or as long as 24 months.The term is often dictated by the size of your organisation, availability of stakeholders and complexity of the challenge. Consulting engagements are done mostly remotely but the CVG guarantees that he will be in your offices at least once a month. As a note, the CVG is not a creative agency; any creative designs for the lifecycle need to be completed separately.
