  • Expert Guidance and a trusted partner: receive expert guidance from the CVG in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Value Management (CVM), and proposition development. This includes unlimited access to the CVG via email for questions. 
  • Personalised Coaching: Each team member receives four hours of 1:1 attention every month and mentoring tailored to their individual needs and challenges.
  • Best Practices: We share best practices and industry insights to enhance the team's knowledge and skills.
  • Stakeholder Management and Communication: Our mentoring program helps individuals devise effective strategies to communicate effectively, whether you're a junior member of the team or an established senior leader.

Learning, whether upskilling or mentoring can be intimidating in the corporate enviornment. Mike will create a safe space based on trust and understanding that allows you to be vulnerable and be your best corporate self. All mentoring sessions will be virtual (unless there is a specific request) and securely held over Google Meet and will be recorded for your convenience.

  • The hard work: we'll dig deep, identify your professional challenges and work together to define a plan to address them.

Pricing is as follows: 

  • £700 +VAT per month - Minimum sign up of 3 months
  • £650 +VAT per month - Minimum sign up of 6 months 
  • £550 + VAT per month - Minimum sign up of 12 months 


Upskilling courses start at £1,500 including design and running of the course.
