How do we do the work?

Auditing sounds difficult but CVG works to make it easy, secure and convenient for you and your teams. The entire audit process should take between 10-15 days, in some cases non-consecutive depending on availability of stakeholders. The majority of the audit can be completed remotely but in some instances it may require on-site visits to complete.  To produce your audit, we'll learn, assess and document:  


Learn

  • Understand your business objectives and perceived challenges with an initial discovery and exploration session 
  • Work with you to identify key stakeholders and set up meetings for interviews 
  • Meet and interview key stakeholders according to our proprietary strategic framework 
  • Work with your teams to prepare qualitative survey questions (if applicable) 
  • Submit lifecycle documentation (if applicable) 

Assess

  • We'll start collating insights from stakeholders and reviewing your lifecycle documentation, scoring findings against our proprietary customer marketing and proposition rubric

Document 

  • We'll document our findings and present back to key stakeholders
